Vegan Hair Care
About these vegan hair care
Vegan hair care, certified cruelty-free
Every Evera product is vegan and cruelty-free. No animal-derived ingredients (keratin, silk amino acids, lanolin, beeswax, honey) and no testing on animals at any stage — ingredient, formula or finished product. We replace animal proteins with hydrolysed rice protein, which binds to the hair shaft the same way keratin does, without the ethical cost.
Plant-led by design
Vegan haircare only works if the plants do the job properly. Ours do: cold-extracted so the actives survive processing, blended in Italy with decades of salon R&D behind every pH level and surfactant choice.
The vegan essentials
- Purity Shampoo & Purity Conditioner — the daily vegan routine.

Frequently asked
What makes hair care vegan?
Vegan hair care contains no animal-derived ingredients — no honey, no beeswax, no animal keratin or collagen, no silk amino acids, no lanolin, no cochineal. It also means no animal testing at any stage of formulation or production. Evera is fully vegan and cruelty-free, certified through Leaping Bunny standards.
Is vegan hair care less effective than traditional formulas?
No. Plant-derived alternatives to animal ingredients perform equally well or better. Rice protein replaces animal keratin for strengthening. Marshmallow root replaces silicones for slip. Plant-derived amino acids replace silk. Modern plant chemistry can match every functional need.
Does vegan mean automatically natural or organic?
No, those are different concepts. Vegan = no animal ingredients. Natural = derived from nature (plants, minerals). Organic = grown without synthetic pesticides/fertilisers. A product can be vegan but synthetic, or natural but tested on animals. Evera is all three: vegan, plant-led, with organic-certified key botanicals.
Is Evera certified vegan by an organisation?
Yes. Evera's manufacturing process and ingredient sourcing follow vegan and cruelty-free certification standards. No animal-derived ingredients in any formula, no animal testing at any stage.
Which Evera products work well for a fully vegan haircare routine?
Every Evera product is vegan — there's no special 'vegan line', the whole range qualifies. Start with Frequent Use Shampoo N1 + Frequent Use Conditioner N1 for daily, add Moisturising Mask No.2 weekly, finish with Styling Nectar No.11 as leave-in.
