Love It or We'll Make It Right
We want you to be happy with Evera. Every person's hair is different, and finding the right product matters.
That is why every order comes with our 30-Day Returns Promise:
- If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your first bottle of any Evera product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you have opened it; further bottles of the same product must be unopened and sealed (return postage is paid by you)
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we will always refund or replace it at our cost
- Not sure which product suits your hair? We will gladly help you find a better-suited product from our range
Why We Can Make This Promise
Our formulas were not created in a marketing department. They were developed by Gennaro Dell'Aquila at GA Salons, based on years of working with real clients and real hair. They are used every day in our four London salons.
Every product is made in Italy, with the full ingredient list on the bottle and on the product page. If a product is not right for your hair, the returns promise above applies.
