Free standard delivery on every UK order — no minimum spend.
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days — FREE on all UK orders
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
International Delivery
Europe (EU & EEA): £8.99 flat rate — FREE on orders over €75. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked, typically 3–5 working days.
Rest of the world (USA, Canada, Australia and more): £23.99 flat rate.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your Evera products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number
- We will provide return instructions and a return address
- Return the product in its original packaging (opened products are accepted)
- Once received, we will process your refund within 5 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 0330 135 9494 (9AM–6PM, Monday to Saturday). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
