Shipping & Returns
UK Delivery
Free standard delivery on every UK order — no minimum spend.
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days — FREE on all UK orders
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
International Delivery
Europe (EU & EEA): a flat rate of about €11, shown in your currency at checkout — FREE on orders over €75. Delivery usually takes 2–11 working days after dispatch.
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Israel): £23.99 flat rate. Local duties and taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.

EU VAT & Customs
Prices shown to EU customers include VAT. On orders up to €150, the VAT is collected at checkout through the EU's IOSS scheme, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. On orders over €150, IOSS doesn't apply and the carrier may collect import VAT or duty on delivery.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Evera products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number
- We will provide return instructions and a return address
- Return the product unopened, in its original sealed packaging (return postage is at your cost)
- Once received, we will process your refund within 5 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 0330 135 9494 (9AM–6PM, Monday to Saturday). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
