Every Evera shampoo is sulphate-free. We replace SLS and SLES with plant-derived surfactants (coco-glucoside and sodium coco-sulfate) that clean thoroughly without stripping the lipid layer your scalp needs to stay comfortable and your colour needs to stay vivid. If you've noticed fading after washes, an itchy scalp, or straw-dry ends, the surfactant is usually the culprit.

Sulphate-free means the shampoo replaces SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) and SLES (sodium laureth sulphate) — harsh petrochemical surfactants — with gentler alternatives. Evera uses plant-derived sodium coco-sulfate and coco-glucoside, which clean effectively without stripping the scalp's lipid layer or fading hair colour. SLS-free, SLES-free, fully sulphate-free in the strict sense, never tested on animals.
Will sulphate-free shampoo still lather?
