Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders and manage subscriptions easily.

How do I reset my password?

How can I update my email or address?

Log into your account and go to "Account Details" to make updates.

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we'll do our best to help.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Please email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

I didn't receive an order confirmation — what should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us with your name and the email you used at checkout.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can use it anytime to check the status.

How can I track my package?

Click the tracking link sent to your email. If you haven't received it, reach out to us and we'll resend it.

My package isn't moving — what now?

Sometimes carriers experience delays. If there's been no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

All our products are subject to quality control. Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects — covering any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within a reasonable time period after discovery so we can help.

Do you offer extended warranty?
