N.01Who it's for

People who do their own hair, and talk about it.

Wash days, routines, what's working and what isn't: if you share that with an audience who look after their own hair at home, this is for you. A big following or a small one is fine. What matters is that one of our lines suits your hair.

It's for people doing their own hair rather than accounts aimed at other stylists, and for now we can only send to UK addresses.

One honest note: we don't yet make a formula for tightly coiled, type 4 hair. If that's your hair, we'd rather tell you now than send you something that won't suit it.

  2. If one of our lines suits your hair, I'll email you from [email protected] and ask where to send it.

  3. We post it to you from our warehouse in the UK.

We only send a small number each week, so it can take a little while, and we can't reply to everyone.

Find us in TikTok Shop's affiliate marketplace.

Evera is listed in TikTok Shop's affiliate marketplace. If you have a TikTok Shop creator account, search for Evera there: you can request a sample and earn commission on what sells through your videos. Samples and commission are handled by TikTok Shop under its own terms, so you don't need to apply here as well.

Who we are
Evera Ltd, 154 Arthur Road, London SW19 8AQ, is the controller of the details you share with us here.
If we contacted you first
We found your handle, public profile statistics and, where you list it publicly, your email — on your public profile or through Modash, a creator-search tool.
What we keep
Your social handles and the public statistics on your profiles (such as follower numbers and engagement figures), your name and email address, what you tell us about your hair, the public posts you make about Evera, notes of our emails, and your postal address only if we send you something.
Why
To decide whether to offer you a gift and to send it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a small gifting programme for people who talk about looking after their hair.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers who help us run this (our website, email, database, and our UK warehouse and delivery providers), and only for that purpose. We don't sell your details.
How long
12 months after we were last in touch, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
