We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your Evera purchase, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number to request a return.

 

Products must be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened products, except where the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Returns are sent back at the customer's expense. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

 

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same 30-day window.

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

 

Please note: Digital gift cards are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
